In collaboration with 15 Años, Colectivo de Abogados, Comisíon Intereclesial de Justicia y Paz, and the Bertha Foundation, N-MAP created the Words That Kill series to help Colombian human rights defenders fight defamation campaigns. Human rights groups there have long-been targets of smear campaigns, often orchestrated by government, and spread through the government-controlled media. This video focuses on one human rights group, Comision Interclesial de Justicia y Paz, and the critical importance of their work in Colombia.
