NMAP partnered with New York Lawyers for the Public Interest and Bronx Health REACH to produce two videos to highlight disparities in health care services for people with private insurance and those on Medicaid—a disparity that often falls along lines of race. Our videos demonstrated some stark realities, including different entrances for people with different kinds of insurance. The videos were used by NYLPI and Bronx Health REACH to successfully advocate for changes in how Medicaid recipients are treated.
